During your tattoo

  • Cleaning.

    • It is very important to keep your fresh tattoo clean. We can’t recall the numerous times clients will unconsciously lean open skin on walls or touch their work in progress. The best way to prevent cross contamination and to have a great heal is to prevent anything besides healing ointment touching your work.

  • Breaks.

    • Let your artist know if and when you need a break. When leaving the shop or using the restroom, please allow your artist to cover your work in order to prevent contamination, as mentioned above.

    • If, at any point, you feel lightheaded or dizzy during your session, immediately notify your artist. We will be able to pause, get you water, allow you to breathe, and get you some food if necessary.

  • Sit Still.

    • Sitting as still as possible is another important aspect of tattooing. This will allow the artist to give you the cleanest artwork possible.

  • Equipment.

    • Out of respect to our artists, we ask that you not touch any of the artist’s equipment or displayed artwork. If you have questions, just ask!
